Imagination — Bouncing over reality

Imagination is like a deep sea or an open sky or may be it can be beyond that. It can be like a smile of a new born baby through his sleeps. Almost everything they exists around us, is an imagination. The cars, airplanes, wind turbines etc (using these typical machineries because I'm doing mechanical engineering :-P). And even the clouds, trees, mountains are imaginations. Imaginations of God, and they turn into reality by some magic.

Okay, what is the other term that comes to our mind when we think of imagination? For me, it is 'reality'. Now, again a question pops up. What basic difference does reality and imagination have? Contemplating on it and I realized reality has limits and imagination doesn't . If you imagine something, it is not necessary that people will imagine in the same way. What others think might be exactly opposite to what you think. Now comes reality into play. It is limited. Imagining blowing up something doesn't really blow up that thing. You can imagine yourself being invisible, but in reality you cannot be invisible. Not at least now. In future, you never know.

Imaginations has lead to many enormous inventions. If there were no imaginations the earth would be exactly like Mars. The buildings you see. The trains you travel in. The the mobile phone you use. The air condition that chills you up. Everything from sky to earth crust is a result of imaginations. Nothing happens unless we first imagine it. Imagination is more important than knowledge. "For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover". — Albert Einstein

Imagination makes life beautiful. Imagination lies midst of dreams and reality. Dreams are purely unreal fiction. And as I said, reality have limits. It's  better to imagine something rather than dream about it. Achieving what you imagine might be easier than achieving what you dream off. Imagination is stronger than knowledge. And knowledge can make wonders happen. Anything that make wonders happen can be misused by the Devils of humanity. Misusing of imagination would perhaps lead to Nightmares of reality.

P.S Imagining my self as a writer has inspired me to write blogs. And I must say, It is not a bad thing. Color up the world with the colors of your imagination.
